Defining Moments
Think of your life as a movie. You are the star and you see the supporting actors. The script was written partly by the screenplay you landed in, and partly written by you. Yes, you.
To find your defining moments, the moments that made you who you are, you watch the movie of your life and you stop it HERE, and then THERE, into still shots….which of course stop time……. and you capture, perhaps for the first time, the defining moments that had to happen for you to become the person you are today.
Over time these defining moments change in our memories and perceptions….that’s ok, that’s fine. Blogs are not written in stone and neither are our memories or definitions of ourselves. The outward journey means nothing without journeying inward as well. Try thinking about it, and piece together, perhaps journal, the story of your life so far. And embrace or re-write it however you wish.
Because ultimately, you are the author of your own life.
